One reason why you should vote KFC is because we all know that big changes are going to be very hard to accomplish at KIPP. Quoting Booker T. Washington, I say that it is better to start small, and build up from there. It is better to make a lot of small changes in the time we have left of our eighth grade year, than to take forever trying to make one huge change; which we know is going to be almost impossible to make.so, I leave you with one last note:

• Hi guys!Well, as you all might know, I am running for president at KIPP. I want the voters to know that I will be a good president for our grade level because I will help balance our school time between having fun and learning. I want the students not only in our grade level, but also in the whole school to unite and become A Better Team and Family. To do this, I will encourage the teachers to get the students involved in team building activities such as the ones we did in summer school. I know that most fo you are wondering what my opinion is on the dress code.like most of you, I am not 100% for it. But, it will be very hard to change it. Some options for changes are:
• Jeans on Fridays or Early Dismissal Days.
• Okay to wear non-KIPP sweatshirts or jackets at school.
• Different Designs for our shirts.
• Modify the porch tradition by doing community service instead of porch letters.
• More ways for students to earn free dress days.
• Let students use iPods during study hall and writing time.

I will try my best to make these and other changes possible.
